Then it is pumped into the concentrating high level tank.

Adopting boiler (reactor) steam heating, the water vapor is passed into the column tube heat exchanger to heat the concentration. When the temperature of concentrated aluminum sulfate solution reaches 112~117℃, it can be discharged.

Bauxite is chosen as the main raw material for the production of solid aluminum sulfate products, using high temperature and under a certain pressure of the reaction process, the product yield is high. In order to be able to strengthen the output of liquid aluminum sulfate, the manufacturer found that it is better to use the reactor to produce liquid aluminum sulfate.
