Adopting boiler (reactor) steam heating, the water vapor is passed into the column tube heat exchanger to heat the concentration. When the temperature of concentrated aluminum sulfate solution reaches 112~117℃, it can be discharged.

Bauxite is chosen as the main raw material for the production of solid aluminum sulfate products, using high temperature and under a certain pressure of the reaction process, the product yield is high.
