The working principle of aluminum sulfate reactor is to realize chemical reaction by heating, stirring and pressurizing.

Aluminum sulfate reactor is a kind of chemical reaction equipment used for producing aluminum sulfate, mainly composed of kettle body and kettle cover, kettle body and kettle cover are sealed and connected by fixing parts, kettle cover is equipped with fine feeding pipe and coarse feeding pipe, and the bottom of kettle body is equipped with discharging pipe. The working principle of aluminum sulfate reactor is to realize chemical reaction by heating, stirring and pressurizing. The specific steps are as follows:

Preparation of raw materials: High purity bauxite and sulfuric acid are selected as raw materials to ensure that the bauxite is rich in aluminum elements and the sulfuric acid is of high quality.

Crushing and grinding: The bauxite is crushed and ground into fine powder to increase the contact area with the sulfuric acid, so that the subsequent reaction is more complete and efficient.

Mixing and Reaction: Mix the ground bauxite powder with the quantitative sulfuric acid, heat it in the reactor and control the appropriate reaction temperature and time, so that the aluminum element in the bauxite and the sulfuric acid can fully react and generate aluminum sulfate solution.

Iron removal and purification: the generated aluminum sulfate solution may contain iron and other impurities, which need to be removed through the iron removal process (e.g., iron removal by ion exchange resin, solvent extraction method, etc.) to improve the purity and quality of the product.

Crystallization and drying: The purified aluminum sulfate solution will be crystallized to get hydrated aluminum sulfate crystals, and then after dehydration, drying and other steps, the finished product of battery-grade aluminum sulfate is finally produced.
